Former Softball player at Lasell College. After completing her college education, Shawna got to travel the world teaching English in South Korea. She still continues her education at the University of Connecticut pursuing her Masters degree in Math while continuing her pursuit of fitness at Columbia CrossFit. Her passion for teaching shows in every class. Attention to detail is why Shawna also runs a lot of our "On-Ramp" classes.
